The Davide Barbero Torroneria (nougat factory) is family-owned and operated and has a long tradition of producing the finest nougat (torrone). Forget about the kind of nougat that sticks to the teeth, most varieties from this producer are crumbly/melt in the mouth. Only whole Piemontese hazelnuts (which have Protected Designation of Origin status) are used and these are toasted on the premises.
Also available are Torroncini individually wrapped and packaged in attractive tins, and chocolates filled with cherry brandy or limoncello, as well as our single largest selling Christmas item year on year: the chocolate covered breadstick.

CHOCOLATE COVERED NOUGAT INGREDIENTS TORRONE 65%: Piedmont hazelnut (45%), honey, sugar, glucose syrup, egg white, wafer ( potato starch, water, olive oil), Madagascar natural vanilla, corn starch.
INGREDIENTS DARK CHOCOLATE 35%: Cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, anhydrous butter, emulsifier: soya lecithin, natural flavour vanilla. Min. cocoa content 50.2%
VEGAN NOUGAT INGREDIENTS: Almonds (45%), inverted sugar, sugar, glucose syrup, rice protein, wafer (potato starch, water, olive oil), natural vanilla from Madagascar, corn starch.
PISTACHIO INGREDIENTS: Pistachio 45%, honey, sugar, glucose syrup, egg white, wafer (potato starch, water, olive oil), natural vanilla from Madagascar, corn starch.
LOW SUGAR INGREDIENTS: Piedmont Hazelnut 50%, maltitol syrup, isomalt, egg white, wafer (potato starch,water,olive oil), natural vanilla from Madagascar, corn starch.
SOFT NOUGAT INGREDIENTS: Piedmont hazelnut (45%), honey, sugar, glucose syrup, egg white, wafer (potato starch, water, olive oil), natural vanilla from Madagascar, corn starch.
