The Davide Barbero Torroneria (nougat factory) is family-owned and operated and has a long tradition of producing the finest nougat (torrone). Forget about the kind of nougat that sticks to the teeth, most varieties from this producer are crumbly/melt in the mouth. Only whole Piemontese hazelnuts (which have Protected Designation of Origin status) are used and these are toasted on the premises.
Soft nougat with pistachio.
INGREDIENTS: Pistachio 60%, orange honey, candied orange skin (orange skin, glucose fructose syrup, sugar, acidity regulator: citric acid), sugar, egg white, wafer (potato starch, water, olive oil), natural vanilla from Madagascar, corn starch. Allergens in bold
