The Barista & Co Brew It Stick is the original coffee infuser stick designed to make it easier to drink fresh coffee at home. It’s our entry-level brewer, perfect for getting you started on your specialty coffee journey. 

It’s easy to use and easy to clean. Plus, it’s compact so it doesn’t clutter up your kitchen. If you’re currently drinking instant coffee, you won’t notice any difference when it comes to the amount of time it takes to make your cup… You will notice a huge improvement in the taste of your coffee at the end.

Designed to work much like a tea steeper, simply fill your Brew It Stick basket 2/3rds full with filter ground coffee and stick it into a mug of hot water. You’ll see the infusion start immediately, give it a little twirl in the mug if you want a stronger brew. Leave your Brew It Stick in the mug for 4-6 minutes, depending on how strong you like your coffee. Finally, remove your Brew It Stick from the mug of coffee and place into the tidy drip holder. Mess free brewing!

1. Gather Your Supplies:

   • Ensure you have coarse ground coffee, the Brew It Stick, a scoop measuring spoon, boiling water, and your cup ready.

2. Prepare Brew It Stick:

   • Take the Brew It Stick out of the holder and remove the basket. Add coarse ground coffee to the basket, filling it approximately two-thirds full.

3. Secure Basket:

   • Place the basket back onto the handle and twist it securely to ensure proper attachment.

4. Add Boiling Water:

   • Pour boiling water into your cup. Insert the Brew It Stick into the cup along with the water.

5. Choose Brew Strength:

   • For a stronger brew, keep stirring and twisting the Brew It Stick. Ensure you don't cover the small hole at the top of the handle. For a lighter brew, cover the hole.

6. Brewing Time:

   • Allow the coffee to brew for 5 to 8 minutes. The longer the brew, the stronger it will be.

7. Final Stir and Twist:

   • At the end of the brewing time, give the coffee a quick stir and twist using the Brew It Stick.

8. Place Back in Holder:

   • Place the Brew It Stick back in its holder for convenience.

9. Enjoy Your Brew:

   • Your Brew It Stick coffee is ready to be enjoyed. Cheers to the perfect cup!
