A picture of Portmeirion village green by Frederick William Baldwin SMA 1899-1984, pencil, pen & watercolour artist. Born Lowestoft, 17 March 1899. The son of a builder, William Baldwin. He worked for his father as a draughtsman and in a similar capacity for Brooke Marine. His skills in the portrayal of buildings and boats were underpinned by this experience.
Baldwin gave this watercolour to Clough Williams-Ellis, signed and dated ''F.W Baldwin '59''
