A fantastic range of Tuscan speciality biscuits created by talented master baker Cristina Lucarelli near Prato (birthplace of the great Tuscan cantucci biscotti). All biscuits are handmade using carefully selected high-quality ingredients. 

 

Ingredients : wheat flour soft type 00, mixed wild fruits jam (25%) : Forest fruits pulp in varying portion (blackberries, raspberries, bilberries), sugar, glucose-fructose syrup, thickening agents: pectin, acidity regulators: citric acid: preservative : potassium sorbate; butter, eggs, sugar, natural flavours : lemon esential oil: salt. Contains wheat, milk, egg. May contain traces of nuts. Allergens in bold.
