It is one of the traditional Sienese desserts par excellence, whose recipe is dictated by the production regulations of the association for the protection of ricciarelli and panforte. The 100 g, 250 g and 450 g formats are hand-wrapped according to the Sienese confectionery tradition. The format of 500 gr. it is a thicker tile in a transparent package.
