Small and tasty macaroons are dipped in the traditional dough of Colomba Filippi together with fleshy and soft cloves of candied peach.
This dove with peach and macaroons combines flavors that are dear to the confectionery history of our country: the amaretto di Saronno is used in some traditional desserts such as Piedmontese stuffed peaches.
The colomba with peach and macaroons satisfies the most demanding palates in search of new tastes and sophisticated flavors. A dove that starts well recognizable with the traditional dough of the classic Colomba Filippi, but that ends up surprising! The natural charge of freshness and sweet softness of the peach is combined with a voluptuous looseness: at first with a sweet taste and then, as soon as you meet the amaretto, with a slightly bitter aftertaste.
