The voucher is valid subject to availability. Sunday Lunch is not available at the hotel during weddings and other functions

The voucher must be shown to staff at the Portmeirion prior to entry

It is non transferable and is not redeemable for cash. The voucher cannot be replaced if lost, stolen or damaged

During the following dates - 17th November to the 12th December 2025, some views may be affected due to the food and craft fair set up.

Please note that Portmeirion village will be closed to day visitors on the 25th & 26th December 2025.

Portmeirion will be closed from 5.30pm on Sunday the 12.1.2025 until 9.30am on Monday the 3.2.2025

Portmeirion Hotel will close after breakfast on Monday, November 24 2025 and reopen on Thursday, December 4, 2025.

Castell restaurant and bedrooms will close after breakfast on Monday, January 5 2026, reopening on Monday, January 26 2026. The reception will remain open for check-ins during this period from 12:00 to 20:00 hours.

Portmeirion Village, to include the Shops and Cafes will close from Monday, January 5 2026 and reopen Monday, January 26 2026. Please note, the Hotel and self catering accommodation will remain open.
