Our Easter doves are an authentic artisan tradition that we have cultivated with passion since 1885. Our process begins with the careful selection of ingredients, high-quality butter and flour and fresh free-range eggs. The natural sourdough gives our dove a unique lightness and flavor.

Once cooked, each colomba is left to cool slowly, allowing its flavors to fully develop. Then it is delicately hand-wrapped, packaged with care and love as a precious gift.

The end result is an Easter dove that embodies the authentic spirit of tradition. It is a pleasure for the senses and a symbol of celebration and sharing, ready to enrich the tables on the occasion of Easter.

Ingredients : wheat flour , icing 22% (sugar, barn egg white , rice flour and starch, hazelnut flour and paste , almond flour , sunflower seed oil, natural flavours), butter (milk) , chocolate chips 13% (sugar, cocoa paste, cocoa butter, emulsifier: sunflower lecithin, natural vanilla flavour), fresh barn eggs , sugar, cocoa nibs 6% (icing sugar (sugar, wheat starch ), wheat starch , sunflower oil, low-fat cocoa powder 5%, cocoa paste, potato starch), fresh barn egg yolk , natural yeast ( wheat flour , water), rehydrated whole milk powder, emulsifiers: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids, glucose syrup, natural flavours, cooking salt.
