Antonio Marella Linguine Mare Multi-Coloured Tagliatelle 250g
This is a range of naturally coloured pasta, traditionally made by Antonio Marella in Puglia using bronze dies and natural ingredients only. No colourings or preservatives are used. An oil-based sauce is recommended for this range, or simply some olive oil, garlic and chilli.
Why not try the sombreroni shape? It can be briefly pre-cooked before being stuffed with fresh ingredients (such as spinach and ricotta), wrapped in foil and further oven baked.
There is no higher quality range of coloured pasta on the market.
Ingredients: durum wheat semolina, spinach flour, powdered beet juice, turmeric, paprika natural flavour. Allergens in bold. May contain traces of eggs, molluscs, soybeans and mustard.
