portmeirionONLINE offer a no nonsense delivery policy to all our customers: regardless of the total value of products (including giftwrap) in your shopping basket when you checkout, you only pay one low fee. There are no hidden charges.

portmeirionONLINE's delivery charges are as follows:

UK
  • Standard First Class Delivery - Recorded (1-3 working days *) £3.95

    Please Note:
    All UK parcels are sent via registered first class post, it is your responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive the parcel when it is delivered. If the item is undelivered because you are not home or if you do not collect it from your local Royal Mail sorting office if instructed to do so, and is subsequently returned to us, you will be liable for the cost of reposting the item to you.
Europe
  • Airmail (3-5 working days *) £5.95
Rest of the World
  • Airmail (3-5 working days *) £10.95

Please note, the delivery schedules listed here are only intended as a guide. portmeirionONLINE has no control over the specific delivery schedules of our carrier, although these timeframes do represent the average time taken to deliver products to our customers.

Environmental policy

Environmentally-Friendly PackagingAt portmeirionONLINE, we aim to minimise our effect on the environment as much as possible. We believe strongly in being environmentally conscious and have made efforts to source packaging materials which are better for the environment.

Many of our packaging materials are already recycled and can be recycled again. For example, our packaging boxes contain 75% recycled content and are recyclable.

We try to re-use as much of the plastic bubble wrap that we receive from our suppliers as possible.

We have also made efforts to ensure that the paper and cardboard content of our packaging materials is recyclable and will be accepted by cardbaord recyclers where facilities exist.

* PLEASE NOTE, delivery schedules are only provided as a guide and are dependent on stock levels as well as the logistics of our selected carrier. If the item you have ordered is not in stock, we reserve the right to deliver the item to you within 30 days of the date of your order, as per our rights to do so under the Distance Selling Regulations, and will not be held responsible if the item does not arrive within the delivery schedules listed above.
